  2. The Dandelion label was set up by John Peel in 1969. He thought there were 
  3. enough artists who should earn a record contract and could not get one.
  4. None of the records sold particulary well and the entire catalogue is now 
  5. collectable.
  6. Initially the label was distributed by CBS - the label for these issues are 
  7. crimson overlaid with dandelion seed parachutes. In 1971, the distibution was 
  8. taken over by Warner Bros, whose new label design featured a multicoloured 
  9. picture of dandelion flowers on a beige background. 
  10. Some American issues have different numbers. For example "Principal EMT - same 
  11. D9-103 was the UK "sounstrack".
